OIT working to resolve connectivity issues

Connectivity to online resources has become unstable due to a network firewall failure.  The Office of Information Technology is working with support personnel, specialists, and engineers from the manufacturers to alleviate the situation.  Availability of online resources is likely to fluctuate until this problem is resolved.

On-campus users may have difficulty connecting to AU_WiFi and loading websites outside the campus network, including Canvas.  Off-campus users may have difficulty loading university resources such as TigerMail and AU Access and resources normally reached through AU Access.  If you are off-campus, you can access Canvas directly at http://auburn.instructure.com.  Students can access TigerMail Live directly at http://outlook.com/tigermail.auburn.edu (remember to login with username@tigermail.auburn.edu).
