Graduate students invited to join graduate writing groups

Registration is now open for graduate writing groups. A semester-long writing group can help maintain a healthy writing routine and progress on current writing projects, such as your dissertation, thesis, course project, conference presentation, piece for publication, report or ePortfolio.

Participants will regularly check in with their group members to discuss their writing goals, reflect on their writing progress and challenges, give feedback and encourage each other. The deadline to register for the fall semester is Sept. 10.

When registering via Qualtrics, particiapnts can specify whether they have already formed a writing group that they'd like to continue with the support of University Writing, or whether they would like to be matched with other writers across the university.
