Cary Center, Here Molly Girl to provide free virtual training for nonprofits

The Auburn University College of Human Sciences’ Cary Center for the Advancement of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies is partnering with Katy Harper Doss, owner/principal of Here Molly Girl — a full-service marketing and design firm based in Opelika, to present an hour of training for nonprofits for free.

The virtual program, titled “Better Newsletters: Creating Newsletter Content That Gets Read,” will take place on Thursday, June 15, from noon-1 p.m. via Zoom. Registration is required.

This program was made possible by the generosity of these Cary Center Community and Collegiate program sponsors: Auburn University Outreach; Community Foundation of East Alabama; River Region United Way; KPMG, Auburn University Outreach-Office of Public Service; Drummond Thorne Stukes Fund for Excellence in the Cary Center for the Advancement of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies and a community service grant made possible by state senator Randy Price and state representative Joe Lovvorn.

The Cary Center for the Advancement of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies is an academic center in Auburn University’s College of Human Sciences with a focus on financial wellness, philanthropy engagement and nonprofit studies.
