University Human Resources on partnership in latest Impact Report

University Human Resources (UHR) is focusing on the power of the human touch in its latest Impact Report.

This year’s report is available. It focuses on how UHR partners with HR Liaisons and groups across campus to touch the lives of our employees and our campus. A few examples are listed below:

• Auburn’s Compensation Market Study – A measure to enhance competitive pay for Staff and Administrative & Professional (A&P) employees.

• ElevatED – Auburn’s Employee Education Center

• thrive! – Auburn’s employee mental health wellness website

• The Employee Hardship Fund – This project was spearheaded by Auburn’s governance groups and supported by UHR.

The report includes key metrics and highlights for each UHR unit.
