College of Nursing offering perinatal education series

The College of Nursing will be offering a perinatal education series that will focus on mom and baby as they grow together. The series will be held on April 22, is free for participants and will be held at the College of Nursing building on 710 S. Donahue Drive from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

There are two classes offered simultaneously. Class 1 will focus on pregnancy to birth, the helping of mothers and having a better understand of pregnancy, labor and birth. Class 2 will focus on birth to one year and keeping the mother and baby healthy.

Lunch and childcare will be provided for all participants.
