Rusty Weldon named director of Auburn University Bookstore

Rusty Weldon, a staff member at the Auburn University Bookstore for more than twenty years, has recently been named campus store director following a national search. Weldon has most recently served the Bookstore in the role of assistant director for course materials and technology. He assumed his new role on April 1.

Weldon joined the Auburn University Bookstore team in August 2002. In his roles as course materials manager and assistant director, he more than doubled course materials sales while reducing unit costs for students and has won multiple awards for course materials management. He also developed the bookstore’s inclusive access program, All Access, now used in more than 400 courses each semester.
