Vocational Evaluation Forensic Certificate Program to host virtual open house
Article body
The Vocational Evaluation Forensic Certificate, or VEFC, program will be hosting a virtual open house on April 13 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Attendees are invited to meet the faculty and bring questions.
Meeting ID: 894 7842 9549
The main objective of the VEFC program is to create an increased number of professionals who will be trained in evidence-based practices and updated vocational evaluation and forensic techniques, and by implementing these skills, individuals with disabilities will find greater and more positive employment outcomes.
In short, the VEFC is a one-year, six-course training certificate that can be completed in person or via distance education. Students and professionals with a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree are eligible to apply. Fifteen scholarships are available each academic year, and applications are due May 1.
