Biggio Center’s Asim Ali to speak at SEC Generative AI Forum on April 14

Auburn University’s Asim Ali, executive director of the Biggio Center for the Enhancement of Teaching & Learning, will be part of a virtual panel of faculty experts discussing various generative artificial intelligence topics at the Southeastern Conference Generative AI Forum.

The Zoom event will take place from 9-11:30 a.m. CT on Friday, April 14, and registration is required.

The panel consists of seven SEC faculty members who will cover different AI disciplines. The forum will be moderated by David Reed, associate provost for strategic initiatives and inaugural director for the AI2 Center at the University of Florida. Attendees also will interact with select scholars from SEC institutions as part of designated breakout rooms around data, writing and coding, arts and music and legal issues.
