More spots available for in-person, restorative Movement Seminar in Your Journey to Health & Wellbeing series

Auburn employees are invited to join Olympian Reita Clanton and Ford Dyke from the School of Kinesiology at the in-person Movement Seminar of the Your Journey to Health & Wellbeing series.

Clanton and Dyke will facilitate, guide and empower employees through hands-on activities and techniques to build self-awareness around movement. This restorative Movement Seminar will be held Tuesday, April 4, from 3:30-4:30 p.m. in the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center’s Multipurpose Room. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring water and a yoga mat if possible.

Employees may attend any or all components of this health and well-being initiative, which is organized and supported by Campus Recreation, Health Promotion and Wellness Services, Human Resources, the Office of the Provost and the Office of Sustainability.
