Auburn University’s Muslim Students Association, or MSA, will host the annual Fastathon on April 7 in the Student Activities Center in honor of Ramadan, the holiest month on the Islamic calendar.

Non-Muslims are encouraged to participate in the fasting during the day, and for each participant who pledges to participate, the MSA will donate $10 to the Food Bank of East Alabama.

All are invited to dinner at 6:30 p.m., and the evening will highlight the Compassionate Community project and feature guest speaker Nighet Ahmed. Anyone interested in attending may register or RSVP online.
