Masters’ executive chef offers culinary lesson at the Tony and Libba Rane Culinary Science Center

Chef Roberto Bustillo, the executive chef of Berckmans Place at the Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia, is hosting a culinary class on Creole cuisine on Saturday, Feb. 25, at the Tony and Libba Rane Culinary Science Center at Auburn University.

Small groups will cook alongside Bustillo for lunch—from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.—or dinner—2:30-5:30 p.m., learning techniques to create dishes of shrimp remoulade, chicken and sausage gumbo and seafood etouffee. After preparing the meal, guests will sit down with a glass of a specially paired wine and enjoy their creations at the community dining table.

Tickets are $225 per person and can be purchased at the Auburn Marketplace website.
