University Writing invites instructors to webinar on peer learning with Peerceptiv

University Writing will host a webinar with representatives from Peerceptiv, a research-based platform that builds critical thinking and teamwork through peer assessment.

Through Peerceptiv, students give and receive actional feedback on assignments which supports learning for both the giver and receiver of feedback. In multiple peer-review publications, Peerceptiv has generated valid and reliable grades across course levels and disciplines. It can aid instructors in integrating active learning in small seminars and large enrollment courses alike, thus promoting student engagement.
