Nominate student ePortfolios and essays for awards

To promote outstanding writing by Auburn students, University Writing invites nominations for two awards.

(1) The Outstanding ePortfolio Award recognizes the critical thinking, visual literacy, technical competency, and effective communication that make for excellent ePortfolios. Instructors can nominate up to two students for this award.

(2) Offered in partnership with the Academic Sustainability Program, the Sustainability Essay Award prompts writers to consider the holistic nature of sustainability and their relationship with the physical environment. Instructors are asked to spread the word about this new contest.

Submissions for both awards are due on March 19, and guidelines are available online.
