Director of University Writing offering to lead departmental discussions about artificial intelligence

In recent months, artificial intelligence, or AI, applications such as OpenAI's ChatGPT have garnered attention across higher education, especially because of the implications for teaching and learning. Christopher Basgier, director of University Writing, is offering to lead departmental discussions about AI, with the goal of helping faculty consider how they might respond in their courses and in their curricula.
