Alabama Prison Arts and Education Project to host community conversation film series

On Monday, Jan. 23, the Alabama Prison Arts and Education Project, or APAEP, will host the third screening in its Community Conversation series.

The public is invited to join for free in Ralph Brown-Draughon Library, Room 0019, at 2 p.m. to view “The Dhamma Brothers,” a film about a mindfulness meditation project in Alabama prisons. Subject experts will join for a dialogue after the film. Refreshments will be provided.
