The Planned Check-in phase of Auburn’s performance management process is under way for university staff and administrative & professional employees. 

Between now and Jan. 31, supervisors and employees should meet and review the goals and expectations that were established during the planning phase which occurred this summer.

The following performance management resources are available at aub.ie/performance:

  • Best practices and additional information on Planned Check-ins

  • The paper performance review form (University Human Resources will once again utilize this form until a new performance management system is identified and implemented.)

  • Three eLearning courses
