In the newest episode from “The Jule Museum Podcast,” artist Gamaliel Rodriguez talks about the commissioned artwork he created for Auburn University’s recently opened Research and Innovation Campus in Huntsville, Alabama.

Rodriguez reveals the inspiration behind the large canvas works and goes in-depth about the choices he made when creating them. The Puerto Rican artist also shares how his service in the National Guard led to the start of his art career and how he was drawn to the ballpoint pen as his preferred artistic medium in the beginning.
