Wintering Break Workshop to be held Nov. 29
The Women's and Gender Studies program and Health Promotion and Wellness Services will host a Wintering Break Workshop on Tuesday, Nov. 29, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Being back home after time away at college can create some challenges. They will discuss how to have productive and respectful conversations with friends, family and guests. This includes navigating what can be difficult conversations when topics arise such as gender, politics and world happenings. It is also important to identify and manage expectations of yourself and others while interacting in various types of relationships. This workshop will focus on the essentials of relationship dynamics, conflict resolution, setting boundaries and self-care. Light refreshments will be served.
