As we enter the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, the celebrations can also lead to stress and anxiety for a number of reasons. Implementing the practice of mindfulness is an effective way to reduce stress, maximize productivity, and improve overall health and well-being.
A recent study shows a mindfulness course may be as effective at reducing anxiety as a commonly prescribed medication.
