This series is for Auburn University employees and space is limited, so register soon. One may attend any or all components of this semester-long initiative with Olympian Reita Clanton and Dr. Ford Dyke both from the School of Kinesiology. The series is comprised of a kick-off presentation followed throughout spring semester by seminars and check-ins for each of the five pillars of performance and health: respiration, hydration, nutrition, movement and recovery.
Clanton and Dyke will facilitate, guide, and empower employees to become more effectively their own guides on their lifelong journey to health and well-being. The kick-off presentation will be Monday, Jan. 9 from 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. in the Brown-Kopel Student Achievement Center.
