Open enrollment update: Live webinars begin Monday

The Virtual Benefits Fair is underway as a part of Open Enrollment. This year it will include three days of webinars from Nov. 7-9.

Each webinar will last between 30 to 60 minutes and is open to Auburn University employees and their dependents. Many of the webinars will be recorded and made available on demand in the next few weeks. The tentative schedule is listed below, with registration links (as applicable) available online.

Don’t forget:

  • During the month of November, you can review, enroll in and/or change your benefit elections by going to AU Access and then selecting “Online Benefits Enrollment.” Additional information is available online at aub.ie/oe2023.

  • Benefits enrollers are available if you would like assistance with online enrollment. Appointments may be scheduled online, or you can talk to an enroller by calling 833-203-4283. (Enrollers will not be available Nov. 24-25 because of the Thanksgiving holiday.)

  • Open Enrollment continues until 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2022. IRS regulations do not allow for plan enrollment or changes beyond this deadline unless there is a qualifying event during the year. Examples of qualifying events include marriage, divorce, birth of a child, etc.
