French professors' book nominated for 2023 Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities Book of the Year Award

Evelyne M. Bornier and Margaret M. Marshall's Book "Parcours Louisianais, Panorama de la littérature francophone de Louisiane de ses origines à 1900", Volume I, has been nominated for the 2023 Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities Book, or LEH, of the Year Award.

An annual program, the Louisiana Humanities Awards honors scholars who have made outstanding contributions to the understanding of the state’s culture and history.

Bornier and Marshall will be presenting their book on our campus on Tuesday, Oct. 25, at 4 p.m. in RBD Library Room 3129.
