OLLI at Auburn presenting 'Living Your Best Life!'
Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, or OLLI, at Auburn University hosts a public presentation of Living Your Best Life! with David Tillman from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 12, at the Boykin Community Center, 400 Boykin St. in Auburn. This lecture will also be broadcast live on Facebook. No registration is necessary.
Regular exercise helps people age more slowly and live healthier, more vigorous lives. It also helps people live longer.
David Tillman is a Silver Sneakers certified instructor who works to train, inspire, and encourage seniors to improve their fitness.
OLLI at Auburn is a program of the Office of the Vice President for University Outreach. Its mission is to enrich the lives of senior adults by providing opportunities to engage with ideas, one another, and our community.
