Student Conduct is seeking volunteers to serve as third-party investigators for conduct investigations this fall. Third-party investigators gather information concerning student organizations regarding potential violations of the code of conduct. For every investigation, a pair of third-party investigators, comprised of one staff member, faculty member or graduate student and one undergraduate student, meet virtually with members of a student organization to gather information through structured, face-to-face interviews. Following the interviews, investigators compile a summary report to be used in the student conduct process.

This is an excellent volunteer opportunity for those interested in gaining student conduct experience, interview and investigative experience, and meeting with individual students. Any Auburn student, staff or faculty member can serve as a third-party investigator. A one-time virtual training session will be held for new volunteers. If interested in serving or have any questions, contact Ivy Sibley Fry at iks0001@auburn.edu.
