Academic Insight presents Rubrics 101 Series
Article body
Do you wish you better understood how to use rubrics in the classroom? Do you wish you could build your own rubric from scratch? Are you rather skeptical of rubrics, but perhaps more information might help?
The Office of Academic Insight will present a 3-week workshop series for faculty, staff, and graduate students who are interested in better understanding and developing rubrics. All sessions will take place in-person.
• Workshop 1: What is a rubric, and how could you use one? (Sept. 27, 1-2 p.m. in Foy 246)
• Workshop 2: How to develop your own rubric (Oct. 4, 1-2 p.m. in Foy 246)
• Workshop 3: How to use and evaluate your rubric (Oct. 11, 1-2 p.m. in Foy 246)
Can't make these dates and times? We'll host these workshops again.
Do you already have a rubric that you would like to integrate into Canvas or Qualtrics? In collaboration with the Biggio Center, we will host additional workshops in February of 2023.
