Deadline for 2023 summer scheduling requests Oct. 15

The Summer Coordinating and Scheduling Committee is now accepting scheduling requests for department sponsored camps and programs for summer 2023. University departments hosting a youth summer program between May 1- July 21, 2023, will need to complete a Summer Program Scheduling Form for each separate program. Requests must be received by Oct. 15.

To coordinate the use of housing, dining and shared spaces such as the Student Center, Student Activities Center, Coliseum and the Auburn Arena, the Summer Coordinating and Scheduling Committee supervises the collection of all requests for use of university facilities during the summer months.
