Hey Day Market to open Aug. 16

Hey Day Market, the food hall at the new, world-class Tony and Libba Rane Culinary Science Center, or RCSC, will open for lunch Tuesday, Aug. 16, from 10:30 a.m.- 2 p.m. daily then beginning Aug. 23 for lunch and dinner from 10:30 a.m.-9 p.m. daily.

There will be multiple vendors with food options prepared on site including pizza, burgers, tacos, poke, gelato and more. True to RCSC’s mission of fostering student growth and real-world opportunities, beginning fall 2023, one of the vendor stalls in the Hey Day Market will be dedicated to serving the dish of an Auburn University Hospitality Management student’s choice for about a year at a time, allowing them to develop business concepts and get their operations off the ground.At this time a temporary stall with pressed Cuban sandwiches will open until a student operated concept launches. Students may use their Dining Dollars and Tiger Club accounts in the Hey Day Market.
