American Fisheries Society and United States Aquaculture Society hosting annual shrimp sale

Auburn University's School of Fisheries, Aquaculture and Aquatic Sciences is hosting an American Fisheries Society and United States Aquaculture Society sub-units shrimp sale.

Fresh Auburn University farm-raised Pacific white shrimp (11 to 20 count) will be available for purchase. The shrimp are not frozen and have heads on. They are available in five-pound lots at $6 per pound. Orders of 100 pounds or more sell for $5.50 per pound. Orders must be placed by Aug. 12 at 11:59 p.m.

Pickup is Aug. 16-17 3-7 p.m. at the Fish Market adjacent to the E.W. Shell Fisheries Center located at 2101 N. College St.
