Does your program need more qualified applicants from diverse backgrounds?

Partner with the Diversity Campus Experience, or DiCE, to help recruit exceptional graduate and professional students to apply to your program. DiCE intentionally identifies and supports highly qualified, competitive students from underrepresented backgrounds to pursue graduate degrees in their academic field of interest. DiCE fellows discover the various graduate degree programs offered at Auburn University and learn how to prepare high quality graduate school application materials.

DiCE is a three-day experience hosted by the Black Graduate and Professional Student Association, or BGPSA, at Auburn University involving campus tours, department visits with faculty and staff and workshops/seminars from notable leaders that aim to enhance prospective graduate students' confidence in the graduate education application and admissions process. As a non-departmental, student-led recruiting initiative that targets both internal and external candidates for graduate school, DiCE stands apart. Graduate students in the applicants’ program of interest or related fields serve on the DiCE committee. Student diversity initiatives in all Auburn University colleges benefit greatly from the DiCE program.

If you or anyone in your department is interested in working with us to attract and retain exceptionally talented students, complete the online interest form by June 30, 2022. For questions, please contact Clarissa Beavers, BGPSA vice president, at csb0076@auburn.edu.
