Former Auburn student Matt Lintz will appear as Bruno Carrelli in the upcoming “Ms. Marvel” miniseries airing on the streaming service Disney+.
Lintz, whose father is an Auburn University alumnus, will play the best friend of the show’s main character, Kamala Khan. The show, which premieres June 8, centers around Khan’s journey through high school as a new superhero after she gains powers. Lintz’s character is the only one who knows about Khan's new powers.
Previously, Lintz also has appeared as Henry on the TV series “The Walking Dead” and as Steve Taggert on “The Alienist.” His role as Bruno in “Ms. Marvel” is his most high-profile appearance yet.
