Submit events for The First 56, Auburn's welcome program for students

The First 56 serves as Auburn's official welcome to new and returning students, intentionally helping students make Auburn feel like their home away from home. This year, the First 56 will be from Aug. 8-Oct. 2, but will place an emphasis on the first two weeks, Aug. 8-20, to welcome students with signature events and extensive engagement opportunities each day. Going beyond the first week of classes allows us to support students with opportunities to engage in and develop healthy behaviors during a critical time when habits are typically formed, their First 56 days on campus.

All event types are invited to be a part: tabling, virtual/hybrid events, informational sessions, open houses or similar events that introduce students to your organization/office, free food events, large-scale and late-night social events and everything in between.

To have your event included in the First 56 promotional materials this summer and have the opportunity to be listed in AUinvolve's social media accounts, Convocation's pre-show slides, a special edition of Involve Minute, etc., submit this form by July 1 at 5 p.m. Otherwise, the form will stay open through the duration of the First 56 (until Oct. 2), and rolling submissions are welcomed.
