Commencement parking, traffic updates announced

The university’s spring commencement ceremonies are scheduled for Friday, May 6, and Saturday, May 7, in Jordan-Hare Stadium and Neville Arena. As a result, there will be intermittent closures in the Neville Arena parking lot and on Heisman Drive and Donahue Drive. Specific changes include:
 

• Neville Arena parking lot will be closed from 11:45 p.m. Thursday, May 5, to 7 p.m. Saturday, May 7, to accommodate guests with accessibility needs.
• Vehicle access to Heisman Drive and South Donahue Drive will be restricted from 2:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday to accommodate pedestrian traffic around Jordan-Hare Stadium and Plainsman Park.
• Tiger Transit will suspend services from 4:45-6 p.m. and from 7-7:30 p.m. and will not provide drop off or pick up at Neville Area on Friday, May 6.
