Commencement parking and traffic updates

The university’s spring commencement ceremonies are scheduled for Friday, May 6, and Saturday, May 7, in Jordan-Hare Stadium and Neville Arena. As a result, there will be intermittent closures in the Neville Arena Parking Lot and on Heisman Drive and Donahue Drive. Specific changes include:

• Neville Arena parking lot will be closed from 11:45 pm on Thursday, May 5 to 7 pm on Saturday, May 7, to accommodate guests with accessibility needs  

• Vehicle access to Heisman Drive and South Donahue Drive will be restricted from 1:30 pm to 7 pm on Friday to accommodate pedestrian traffic around Jordan – Hare Stadium and Plainsman Park.

• Tiger Transit will suspend services from 3:45 pm – 5 pm and from 6 pm – 6:30 pm and will not provide drop-off or pick up at Neville Area on Friday, May 6.
