WEGL 91.1 FM producer wins at 16th annual ABBY Awards

WEGL 91.1 FM producer Jack Hart recently won the Judges Award of Merit for Small Market Radio Commercial at the 16th annual ABBY Awards, which recognizes Alabama’s best in broadcasting. Hart produces WEGL’s “Compact Discourse” every Monday through Thursday from 8-9 a.m. on air and online covering news, sports, weather, campus lifestyle and more. The award was received based on the show’s production quality, sound and content.
