For Auburn University’s Tiger Giving Day, the College of Nursing sought help in funding the project, “Prepare Future Nurses with Simulation Technologies.”
Contributions from the Auburn family totaled $125,340. According to Ryan King, director of Digital Marketing in the Office of Advancement, the College of Nursing goal was the largest for a single project. The ambitious goal of $123,000 was met and exceeded with gifts from 314 donors in 22 states supporting the project.
