Professor of Music Matthew Hoch named Journal of Singing column editor

The official journal of the National Association of Teachers of Singing has appointed Auburn University Professor of Music (Voice) Matthew Hoch to oversee its voice pedagogy column.

The Journal of Singing is a leading publication of educational and research news in voice pedagogy. As associate editor of the “Voice Pedagogy” column, Hoch will share his expertise on the art and science of voice instruction.

Hoch is a professor of Music (Voice) in the Auburn University College of Liberal Arts, and an acclaimed author, scholar and performer. His first column will appear in the September/October 2022 issue.
