Creek cleanup on campus

Litter from across Auburn's campus gets washed into storm drains and is delivered to the local Parkerson Mill Creek. Alabama Watershed Stewards with Auburn Water Resources Center and Risk Management are accepting volunteers for an afternoon litter pickup at the creek.

The pickup will be Thursday, Feb. 17, from 2-4 p.m. Participants will meet outside the wellness kitchen at Parkerson Mill Creek.

Participants should wear waterproof shoes and clothes they do not mind getting dirty. They will also have to sign a waiver in advanced or at the event. Click here to sign up.
