The application deadline for Auburn Abroad’s Core Curriculum Program in Barcelona, Spain has been extended to Jan. 16, 2022. The program will run May 16 to June 16 and offer the following three-credit courses: ARCH 2600 – The Art of Architecture, Place and Culture, and COMM 1000 – Public Speaking. The courses will be taught in English by Auburn University faculty at the Barcelona Study Abroad Experience, or SAE, Center. To learn more and apply, click here.

In addition to their studies, students will have the unique opportunity to experience cultural excursions, such as day trips to Montserrat and Tarragona; tours of Refugi 307 & Poble Sec, Barrio Gotico (the oldest part of Barcelona) and the world-renowned La Sagrada Familia; plus plenty of time for independent travel and exploration.

This program is a product of collaboration between the Office of International Programs, the College of Liberal Arts and the College of Architecture, Design and Construction.
