Open Enrollment live webinars planned next week
Next week, 18 live webinars and question and answer sessions will be offered to AU employees and their dependents as part of the Virtual Benefits Fair.
These webinars/sessions are scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday and will last between 30 to 60 minutes. The schedule, which includes registration links, is available here.
While many of the webinars focus on Auburn University benefits, the Office of Sustainability and the Administrative-Professional Assembly will also participate. Many of the webinars will be recorded and be available on demand later this month.
• During the month of November, employees can review, enroll in and/or change their benefit elections by going to AU Access and then selecting “Online Benefits Enrollment.” Additional information is available online here.
• Benefits enrollers are available for those would like assistance with online enrollment. Appointments may be scheduled online here, or by calling 833-203-4283. (Enrollers will not be available Nov. 25-26 because of the Thanksgiving holiday.)
• Open Enrollment continues until 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2021. IRS regulations do not allow for plan enrollment or changes beyond this deadline unless there is a qualifying event during the year. Examples of qualifying events include marriage, divorce, birth of a child, etc.
