Office of Academic Insight offers virtual Excel professional development series for assessment professionals

The Office of Academic Insight will present a 4-week virtual workshop series for assessment professionals who would like to expand their ability to use and understand their own data using Excel. This series is intended for any faculty or staff who use Excel for data collection. All workshops will be hosted through Zoom, and a Canvas course will be available with supplemental materials. Below is a general outline of each workshop.

• Workshop 1: Excel fundamentals review and manipulation of data (Oct. 27, 1-2 p.m.)

• Workshop 2: Analyzing institutional data (Nov. 3, 1-2 p.m.)

• Workshop 3: Incorporating and merging additional data (Nov. 10, 1-2 p.m.)

• Workshop 4: Visualizing data using a pivot table and charts (Nov. 17, 1-2 p.m.)
