Cary Center hosting fifth annual Nonprofit Summit to feature sector executives and experts

Auburn University’s Cary Center for the Advancement of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies will feature renowned executives and leading experts during its fifth annual Nonprofit Summit which will take place Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2021, at the Hotel at Auburn University. Jim Clark, president and CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, will be the featured luncheon speaker for the summit titled, “Come Together.”

As the leader of the nation’s largest facility-based youth development organization, Clark directs a 115-year-old network of 4,700 Boys & Girls Clubs that serve 4.6 million young people annually in all 50 states and on U.S. military installations worldwide.

Three morning training sessions will feature Tim Adkins, director of Marking for Hands on Atlanta; Jennifer Maddox, president and CEO of the Community Foundation of Northeast Alabama, Barbara Alford, president of In Sight Solutions, LLC; and Tay Knight, executive director of the Family Sunshine Center.
