Registration is open for the June installment of EagleCast, the monthly webinar series hosted by the Office of Professional and Continuing Education, or OPCE. Danny Butler, assistant dean for international programs in the Harbert College of Business, leads this interactive session that provides easy-to-understand ideas and tools to help participants frame their thoughts and behaviors, feel better emotionally and physically and, ultimately, have a better day.

Butler, a professor of marketing, uses his background to apply the underlying psychological principles of consumer behavior as a model for decision-making. According to Butler, these same principles impact the choices people make that manifest themselves in an individual’s overall health, thus learning to frame one’s own thoughts and behaviors leads to better decision-making, better health and to a better day.

Butler’s presentation, Strategic Thinking to Get You Through the Day, will take place June 15 via Zoom and is followed by a question-and-answer session.

The EagleCast Webinar Series features experts from a variety of sectors including education, business, industry, public service and finance. The ongoing series presents information and skills essential for navigating today’s ever-changing world.

Registration is free and open to the public. Click here to learn more or register.
