The next installment of EagleCast, a monthly webinar series hosted by the Office of Professional and Continuing Education, will feature some of Auburn's top health and wellness experts in a virtual panel discussion.

Panel members will provide participants with strategies helpful for responding to their own mental health and wellbeing, particularly in stress-inducing circumstances. Panelists include doctors Nadia Bhuiyan, director for Auburn Psychological Services Center; Eric Smith, director of Health Promotion and Wellness Services for Auburn Student Affairs and Joeleen Cooper-Bhatia, psychologist at Auburn Student Counseling and Psychological Services. This discussion is followed by a Q&A session.

The webinar will be May 11 via Zoom. Registration is free and open to the public.
