Auburn students got a taste of normalcy with live music at the Concert on Cater Lawn hosted by University Program Council, or UPC, and WEGL 91.1 FM on Friday, March 19. The Prescriptions, a rock band based out of Nashville, opened for The Brummies, an indie band from Birmingham.

There were 80 attendees at the event, and Eagle Eye TV hosted a Facebook live event that has recorded 813 views as of Sunday, March 21.

The Concert on Cater Lawn was a chance for students to hear live music after last year’s event was canceled due to COVID-19. As campus events are expanded, students will have more opportunities to gather with one another like the Concert on Cater Lawn.
