Updated vaccine interest form now available

Auburn faculty, staff and currently enrolled students who are interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine from the university should submit this form to indicate their interest and be placed on a waiting list. The vaccine interest form has been updated and no longer requires risk factors. Please note, those who previously submitted the form are already on the waiting list and should not resubmit the form.

Auburn continues to vaccinate the campus community using a phased approach and is currently in phase 1c. Doses of the COVID-19 vaccine remain limited and supply is unpredictable. When more vaccine becomes available, more appointments will open for employees and students. As the university moves through later phases of the plan, individuals will be prioritized by age, from oldest to youngest.

Individuals who wish to be vaccinated for COVID-19 are encouraged to take any additional opportunities to register or receive the vaccine that may be available to them, such as through health care providers or public health programs. At any given time, some providers may have shorter wait times or more doses available than others.
