Full on-site operations resume Monday. To help ensure Auburn remains a safe environment for the entire campus community, employees are urged to review the information below before returning to campus.

Be familiar with university policies.

  • Face coverings are required everywhere on campus, including in workspaces that do not have four walls and an operable door, such as a cubicle.

  • Events are limited to 50 attendees or fewer unless approved by the Provost or the Executive Vice President.

  • Travel is not permitted unless approved by the Provost or Executive Vice President.

  • Students, faculty and staff who are diagnosed with COVID-19 are required to report their test results by using the Self-Report Form.

Do your part to help slow the spread.

  • Face coverings and frequent hand washing/sanitizing are our most effective tools against the virus.

  • Complete a daily Healthcheck before coming to campus.

  • Participate in sentinel testing if invited.

Vaccinations are still ongoing.

  • The university continues to adhere to a phased approach to vaccination distribution. Up-to-date information is posted on the COVID-19 Resource Center’s Vaccine page.

  • Employees interested in receiving the vaccine are encouraged to take any available opportunity to get vaccinated, including through urgent care centers, pharmacies and other vaccination clinics.

The COVID-19 Resource Center and your COVID-19 Liaison are here to help.

  • Review the information available on the COVID-19 Resource Center site. For questions not answered on the site, send an email or call the CRC at 334-844-6000.

  • Each department has a trained COVID-19 Liaison available to help with COVID-related workplace concerns, including accommodations and categories of leave.
