In honor of February’s distinction as Black History Month, Auburn University is hosting a number of in-person and interactive events to celebrate Black history.

From a poetry reading, food bazaar and movie showings, to panel discussions, guest lectures and a unity march, there will be a series of events available to the Auburn Family to participate in and experience. Auburn’s Office of Inclusion and Diversity, or OID, the Auburn University Black Student Union and Black Graduate and Professional Student Association, or BGPSA, as well as the Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art at Auburn University, are collaborating on the events, which run through Wednesday, Feb. 24.
