Registration is now open for the next installment of EagleCast, the monthly webinar series hosted by the Office of Professional and Continuing Education. Phillip A. Chansler, Ph.D., will apply concepts from the LEAN process improvement model as a means for maximizing personal potential by removing inefficiencies that detract from results and improving relationships using Lean Daily Management as a goal-setting tool. His presentation takes place Jan. 19 through Zoom and is followed by a question and answer session.
Chansler currently serves as assistant professor of operations management at Air University’s USAF Continuous Process Improvement, or CPI, School at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama. Chansler also serves as the lead instructor for the USAF Lean/SixSigma Blackbelt Certification and Senior Leader courses taught throughout the Air Force. As the key advisor to the Air University executive leadership team, Chansler develops and executes organizational strategy and process improvement programs. Most recently, he developed and leads Lean Operating Culture and Practice, an OPCE continuing education certificate program for individuals in the service and manufacturing industries.
