Gogue Center broadcasting free restream of CMS: Front Row concert by pianist Gilbert Kalish starting Nov. 11

On Wednesday, Nov. 11, at 7:30 p.m., the Gogue Performing Arts Center will begin restreaming a CMS: Front Row virtual performance by pianist Gilbert Kalish, who will play selections by George Crumb, Franz Schubert and Johannes Brahms.

A major figure in American music-making, Kalish is a pianist and educator whose discography includes some 100 recordings of both classical and contemporary repertories. Kalish is a distinguished professor at SUNY Stony Brook and has been an Artist of The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center since 2006.
