The fall 2020 semester has created new obstacles both professionally and personally for Auburn faculty. As this unconventional environment has the potential to leave faculty feeling stressed and overwhelmed, the Biggio Center will host a workshop to support faculty mental health in a Zoom world.

Working Toward Wellness: Supporting Faculty Mental Health in a Zoom World will be held Wednesday, Nov. 4 from 3-4 p.m. via Zoom. This session will focus on providing strategies to help faculty respond to their own mental health and wellbeing, particularly given the current stress-inducing circumstances and global crises they have encountered during the fall 2020 semester.

Come prepared to engage in discussions with professionals from the Offices of Student Counseling and Psychological Services, Health Promotion and Wellness Services, and Auburn University Psychological Services.
